What to do? - CA still calling after cease and desist letter

I sent out a Cease and Desist letter upon initial contact with Arrow FS. I received the CRRR a week afterwards. Arrow then promptly took the listing off my credit report as they did not validate the debt. Two months later they start calling again. I talked to them on the phone and they stated they never received the letter, but then I told them that I have the CRRR that they did. I have all their calls on my caller id and answering machine (about 5 to 6 total). Should I send another letter or just let them keep calling. Eventually I would like to take them to court. Any suggestions would help/
