I have a judgment that is on Equifax, and Experian (Transunion deleted it..have no idea why)..Anyway, I paid it off and it is still showing up. I then threatened to sue the attorney that had it placed and he send me a letter:
MOTION TO DISMISS
Comes now the Plaintiff, XXX and requests this Court to dismiss its Complaint with prejudice and as grounds therefore states the following:
1. The defendant has completely satisfied any and all claims.

What does this mean. Can i get it deleted with the letter. Any help would be enormously appreciated
