Thanks for the advice. I think what I meant to say is that I have about 3 years before SOL. I also have all their messages on my answering machine. They did not leave on the machine, what company they are with, but they leave a number and when you call that it is the CA that I have sent the letter to. Should I still sue them or what a little?
