I've never heard of this "JBC & Assoc.", until the other day when my son called me very upset. It seem's that they called him and made threats of Federal court and such.( My son called me because at one time I had gone to college to become a paralegal, which after 1 3/4 years I had to drop out for personnel reason's, with 12 credits left to do to receive my degree's .) I told him that I was sure they were past the limit of time the law allows for a person to be sued or charged, but I would call one of MY Lawyers to make sure I was correct, then I would call him back.
I called my son back and told him that one of my lawyer said that this JBC was way past the dead-line of doing anything to him, therefore if they call back to tell them to " shove-it " and hang-up on them .
They were after him for a check that was written back in 1996 !!!!!!!!
People, these clowns need to send you some sort of proof as to who they are, who they represent, and all info pertaining to what their after.
Needless to say, I told my son to tell them to do whatever they think they can do, then hang-up on them.
