You knew very well that the offer Arrow made would be void on the 15th. Yet like a complete dumbarse, you wend ahead and sent it AFTER the deadline knowing the agreement was void.

What agreement is there to enforce? None. Why? Because you didn't hold up your end of the bargain. Who is right? Arrow.

You should chalk up the experience as a lesson learned and not to be repeated. It is unfortunate that it had to cost you $747.60.

If I were in your shoes, I'd send Arrow a validation/limited cease and decist letter, read California state statutes regarding debt collection, and prepare for a lawsuit if you ever want to see your money again.
