You would do the same as if they were reporting. They are still a CA and the are still bound by the FDCPA.

You can still ask them to C&D, validate, dispute, etc. Set your trap for them so you can get them to violate the Act. I can assure you they will, and when they do, use it to leverage yourself out of debt or take them to court. I can help you with your petition, if you need help.
