As the service provider (Cingular) you chose was at fault, and was the reason for termination of this account, please direct all correspondence concerning any alleged charges directly to your chosen provider. If additional collection attempts are made by any agent of this Corportaion from this date forward, I will consider this to be a violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Sec. 807 (2, A,B), & Sec. 807 (10).
