judgement and motion to dismiss

I had a default judgement, i filed a motion to vacate, but before that I satisfied the debt with the lawyer/collector. In the agreement letter the lawyer said they would file motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. My motion to vacate was granted, but as far as i know the lawyer did not file the motion to dismiss. Can i file the motion to dismiss the case? Would i include the letter i received saying my account is satisfied in full? thank you. i am in ma.
