I forgot to answer your question about the 30 day time limit. As the CA's never send out anything CRRR, there is no such thing as a 30 day time limit to validate. You just never received anything from them. Use the last letter you received as your reference, if its within the 30 days, as if it were your first one received, or just make up something, i.e., I received your letter dated 11/....2003, and am requesting validation per the mini miranda and within the 30 day time limit. Please advise the Original Creditor/s that validation is hereby demanded for the following alleged accounts...
