Five months is not a long time. They have up to whatever statute of limitations in your state says they have to sue you. If they haven't come after you yet, it is because the cards have probably not been charged off and they are just getting their guns together.

If you successfully make it past the statute of limitations in your state and still don't get sued, then I would say you are successful. Right now, it speaks to me of a cock crowing too early.
