TU wants BK discharge papers

I disputed a CC debt with Transunion, stating that it was included in my BK 4 years ago. It is showing as charged off, but still shows $6606 owing.
Transunion is requesting copies of my BK discharge papers before they will correct this. Is there a way to get it corrected without sending them this document?
