3rd Party Disclosure, Help!

I am being harassed by a CA. I have several letters
from them addressed c/o other people, and the envelope says on the front URGENT:OPEN IMMEDIATELY. I was very upset and called these people on Nov 24, and explained the situation (disabled), and on Nov 25, they mailed off 2 more of these to my Mom and Brother!
I would be very grateful for any advice!
