Is your BK showing on your TU credit report? If so,then send them a copy of the identifying page that matches their #, and the page with the subject CC debt listed, (mask all the other data). If the BK is NOT listed, then you can try "CAK"'s advice, although since OC's are not required to validate and are not covered under the FDCPA,and since they have apparently already verified to the CRA, (I assume you disputed it) I do not know what, if any effect this will have
