The C&D is a limited C&D and it allows for validation of the account. However, the C&D is still in place should they send you another letter. If they send you another letter or call you, then they have violated Sec. 805(c). As CA's are not real smart, I'm quite sure they will send you another letter or maybe two. Just sit back and wait. Does their collection letter create a sense of urgency to send in payment? Did they threaten you with anything? No matter how small.
