She should send a dispute/validation/cease and desist letter to W & A. I have linked the appropriate one below. She should add this phrase:
"In addition, I refuse arbitration." They can do NOTHING to her if she refuses arbitration. Even if they did sue, and won a judgment, she is "judgment proof", none of her $$ can be touched.
