judgement been taking care of

I have a question , I had a judgment aganist me in 97, its been taking care of had a garnishment of my wages for only 188.00 its long been paid , but still show's that the credit report the court house hasnt received any word on the out come there is 2 on my credit. report for the same judment have been trying to get them to remove, them or something, but they say its mine. I only had one judgement agaginst me our court clerk is really bad in okla .
any words on how to get this removed or what?

one more question too.
I have a charge off on a providian account, they has either sold it or something but the ca is out of hurst tx, they have charged off for the same account is this legal they have also got a lawyer.
from my state is okla the sol isnt up untill next year, been paying the law office, Have ask for valdation and still havent heard from them.
any help is greatly appericated the cr doesnt show if its been sold or what ever they call it .
