They just violated a few more Sections of the good ole FDCPA. Now you have to decide, what you want. Do you want your debt zeroed out with them or do you want to take them to court? I'm somewhat radical in my dealings with CA's. In my opinion, it would be alot more fun to take them to court, receive compensation, and still get your debt zeroed out. No more letters in my opinion are needed. I'm sure they will violate a few more times before this is over. This is a very stupid CA.
