It would be the clerks job to correct a mistake such as the entry of duplicate judgments. While you are standing in front of the clerk, ask her/him to go get your case file and check to see if there are one or two Judgments in your file. Take a copy of your CR with you for proof. Ask them to either fix the problem with the CRA or give you an affadit stating that the Judgment was duplicated in error and should be deleted from your CR. Make sure the clerk signs it and changes your court file immediately. If she/he is not co-operative, ask to speak to the chief clerk or go straight to the Judge of that division. Don't leave the court until you have everything finalized in writing.
