Walt, how do you know it's not illegal? Hmm? Did you ask them and they said no? I'll bet that's what you did huh? Ever heard of ULTRA vires? If it's NOT illegal how come the card companies were silent to me and never provided PROOF those loans were not illegal? I'll tell you why, because they ARE.
