If a third party "owns" it, they have to provide PROOF THEY OWN IT!!! They can't collect just because they friggin' say they own it!!!! That's what validation is all about! BTW, your so called credit contract was with Citi-bank, NOT with the Collections agency. I know that does'nt do much good for you now, but everyone should know it for future reference.
