There is a rule written in the law that if you DON'T request validation does NOT mean an admission of guilt! They cannot legally imply the debt is valid in a court of law if you don't request the validation. Of course it's always better to dispute it but if you do, make sure and ALWAYS send stuff like that CERTIFIED MAIL!
