I know most Collection Agencies would'nt sue if you don't have any assets from looking @ your credit report. But why else would'nt they sue? I mean frankly in any case they would get SOME money out of you right? I'm worried because I've got a debt w/ Wells Fargo, it's been through the hands of two previous CA's already, the first NEVER provided the validation I demanded, and when I demanded validation from the 2nd one, all he provided was a stack of credit card statements, which of course as most of us know does not = validation under the FDCPA.
