Never call them. It does no good and phone calls do not hold up in court. Send a cease and desist letter to them certified mail, return reciept requested. Go to the Budd Hibbs site. He has access to any collection agencies physical mailing address. Just send him an email. Inform them that they are violating the FDCPA by mailing you letters in c/o other people's names.
