CAK/Whychat/RednLady: I filed a motion a to vacate a judgement. But then I saw your listings and told the court that I want to ammend my judgment w/ a Nunc Pro Tunc instead of continuing on w/ the motion to vacate. The Special Terms/Judgement Clerks told me several times that I can't do this and that I could only come to court to continue on w/ my motion to vacate the judgement. Butfrom what I have been reading I don't think I can win b/c it was my debt.

Can I win the motion w/ the reason that I was not served corrrectly. The serving papers say that they served it to a 25-35 female but there are no females in my house that age. Is this enough reason to win the motion to vacate a judgement?

Would an attorney be more helpful w/ nunc pro tunc? Can you recommend one or suggest how I can get this cramp(judgement) off my credit reports? Thks
