Are there additional lawyer fees if I continue w/ the motion? Why Chat: did you recommend to go thru w/ teh motion b/c I started this? But would it be better if I just forgot about this for the next 7 yrs and try to build solid credit from now on? Would paying this off make my situation better? Sorry for all the followups. I am new to this and really appreciate all the replies otherwise I would really have no clue.
