You should not do ANYTHING regarding letters, legal filings, answers etc. until and unless YOU know what you are doing, or have the advise of a lawyer from your own State.

If you are not being sued, if existing judgments are not being enforced, if you are "safe" from any such enforcement by garnishment or asset seizure. Then the best cure is TIME, at least until the SOL has passed on accounts you have not already been sued on.

Read the information available online on creditboards.com on creditnet.com on Bud Hibbs, on any of the linked sites from my website,or anyone who does NOT charge you a fee for information, or "guarantee" results.

If you have specific questions, post them here, or on creditboards.com (where I also post). Creditnet.com is good for a LOT of data in their letter and data section, I suggest posting there for credit REPAIR and "score" questions do it with patience as it takes a long time to get a good response.(I post there too).

Both creditboards and creditnet are moderated, so "trolls" and spam are eliminated, and since registration is required, it gives some amount of accountability regarding the posters.

If you have VERY specific IMMEDIATE questions that require knowledge of some amount of personal data, you can e-mail me, or Scott, (when he returns from vacation) or Linda, or anyone whom you can check out in the archives for "thank you's"from other people over the past year or so.
