Happy to, See the below posts under Nunc Pro Tunc/Judgment by "CAK". This should work for you as long as you were not served. You may have to press the issue with the Clerk though. After you receive your Order Correcting Judgment, send to all CRA's for deletion. If you were served, you can attempt to go through the original attorney in this case, and offer a settlement in exchange for a Motion to Vacate or Dismissal, of the Judgment. This may or may not work, it depends on the attorney. As most attorney's are very interested in money, my guess is they will be happy to relieve you of some dough. Then you take your Court Order and send to CRA's for deletion.
