Why Chat: What your web address? I don't have that. Also, what do you mean by the removal date? I've been in the mtg. biz for 13 years and never seen that date on a credit report. I also just noticed that Asset Acceptance has not only put a collection on my report they've but they've also added this account as a new tradeline from 10/02. Looks like a new account from an untrained eye. All of these are older than 3 years ago, that SOL for Washington (where I live now) & North Carolina (where I lived when I did this). But I thought this only referred to when the credit can sue. After this 3 year window are you telling me this account is considered obsolete and I can request that it get removed? Thanks, Trey
