You certainly arn't wasting anyone's time on this forum. I and others here are ready and willing to assist you in any way we can, as we have all been helped here by someone. So... how is it we can help you? As they have violated FDCPA, do you now want to sue them, or attempt to zero out your debt through Negotiations and Mutual Agreements, or something else? I have tried both and they are both very effective. Do you need help with what to put on your Petition for violations? Do you need to know how to obtain and file your Petition?
Do you need to know who & what to serve? and how?
Do you need a basic Mutual Agreement?
