They should report it as paid whenever they submit their information on various accounts to the CRA's they subscribe to at their usual and customary time. This is rarely finalized in 45 days and may take up to 90 days. If you want it done sooner, then ask them to submit a manual update via the Universal Data Form and to copy you upon completion. Try to get an actual copy of the Form faxed or mailed to you, so that you can submit to CRA's also.
