MBNA account went to arbitration(which is a joke). After the NAF(they rule in favor of MBNA 100% of the time) gives them a piece paper which says you owe money a lawsuit will be filed against you. Now they are trying to take my bank account and house. They are whores! I am disabled and they have affected my health and destroyed me.
