I believe it will still work however, as with any Credit Repair, there is always the unknown factor. It sounds to me as if you have done everything right up to this point. You obviously will have to make the final decision, as it is your money and your Credit Report. If it can be deleted with the Hippa letter and full payment, a deletion would be more worthwhile in my opinion, in the long run.
