Was the request DATED 11/25 ? If it was mailed from the Court MORE than 20 days prior to the hearing date, it may have been invalid. WAS the hearing held? Did you show up?

Go ahead and file your objection,and IF the hearing was held and you did not attend, find out what happenned and appeal any decision or action that was taken alon with your other motion.
