If you're in the mortgage biz, you haven't been looking at a true 'consumer' version of credit reports. The dichotomy of credit reporting is that consumers get to see one version, and mortgage brokers and others like them see something else, usually worse, entirely. Sucks, but its what happens.

Experion lists a 'come-off' date for each and every trade-line.
