It is obvious you just don't understand the way the court system in our country works. Their is no use trying to convince me otherwise, because I have proof and not just one case, and you just can't argue with proof. I would suggest you read up on the duties of the clerk and then you can make an educated statement. Nunc Pro Tunc is a very effective way to correct a Judgment wherein the Defendant was not served and a Judgment was entered against him wrongfully. It is not used a lot, because most are not informed of how it works and the proper procedure and the fact that clerks don't like to admit they made a mistake, makes the process more difficult simply because you have the clerk to deal with. I will say, this is not always the case as some clerks do admit a mistake was made and are willing to correct the Judgment immediately and some do apologize. Once again, its so nice to have you back, as I have missed you so!
