As LadynRed posted, the SOL for CC debt may be 4 years. You may want to check this out and maybe won't have to pay anything.

I will post a Mutual Agreement that you can modify to suit your needs later today, that is if you are not going to contact an attorney and have them do this for you. If you want to do this on your own, I will post my Agreement/Settlement document later today. Just let me know.
