I truly appreciate your time and effort, CAK. I am not sure about SOL, would it be for the original debt, from 1997, or with First Select, since I have made payments on the settlement? I will most likely resolve this with the lawyers, so if you would post your mutual agreement and settlement docs, it'd be greatly appreciated.
