Call the court house in TN and ask what they need, or how much they need to send copies of everything in her file. Or, TN may have on line access to their Judgment information whereby you could access the information by logging into their website, ask the court house personel.

Your other option would be to hire an attorney in TN to look into this and see what can be done.
