My phone stopped ringing (MBNA), so what's the worry.

MBNA did the old you better contact us by 20 or else, then the 22 and so on. Now my phone has stopped ringing, am I now going to get the "or else" (180 days past due)? If, so what time line can I expect. I would hate to get the "or else" before Christmas.
