So when they don't respond to my letter I send the letter to the CRA and thats it???? What if the CRA "investigates" it AGAIN and comes back verified??? I have already had one of these investigated TWICE I'm afraid I'll start getting the "frivolous" responses... O hope it's all as easy at that sounds. I just sent Chase a letter requesting them to ask if Equifax even TRIED to contact them to verify. BUt US Bank is still holding this account (everyone else sold the CO's) and when I disputed it they reaged the TL - they are the ones I'm afraid will try to follow up on the account if I contact them - The CA ignored my validation request twice though...
