You can file your objection, and file a motion for summary judgment for a dismissal with prejuidice without any other fees, however, if you wish to counterfile a lawsuit on their violations, you can reference it in your motion, but you will have to actually fill out the forms for the countersuit and pay the filing fee.

If you can prove a violation, you MIGHT get a $1,000. but unless you have proveable damages, you won't get enough to make it worthwhile for a lawyer to handle it for you.
