Remember, you have never sent the CRA's any proof that this debt could not be validated, you have only asked them to verify that the account was or was not yours.

You mentioned a CA ignored your request to validate, make sure you add a copy of those letters as well to the one from the OC.

If you have ever affirmed any account with a CRA in any way, you may have a difficult if not immpossible time at deletion. I have sent many letters to US Bank for different individuals and they have never validated or even responded to any letters. I then sent copies along with CRRR to the CRA's for deletion and the CRA deleted. There is only one account I havn't been successful at deleting and that was because the individual had previously affirmed the account with the CRA through some kind of corrspondence. At least give it a try, I don't know why they would delete for me and not for you.
