Do NOT waste your time with the creep lawyers they get to collect. Bronso & Migliaccio got my Chase account and made my life hell for two years. Now they can't validate the account and CRA disputes forced them off my credit reports. I just filed a complaint with the ACA, BBB, and state attorney general today on Collect America AND the lawyer. Be very careful if a lawyer calls you - they scare you into thinking they will sue you within a week if you don't make a check by phone THAT instant. After 2 years I paid $3000 to a lawyer I THOUGHT was working for Chase - now I find out COllect America was behind it the whole time and I am out for blood. I wanted CHase to get the money, and thought thats where it was going, not some scum CA....
