No, there is no Federal law saying they must provide you with statements in this situation. However, if you have proof that payments have been made, then I'd be marching down to the courthouse to file a motion to vacate, their lawsuit is based on LIES. Get a complete accounting from your CCCS showing when, how much, and to whom payments have been made. Sounds to me like the fraud is coming out of that 'law firm' that sued you !
