been summoned by ca and have been harrassed for the last 7 years by these people for a credit card account that isnt mine. I am certain i will win the case against me, but what about what they have done to me? they were even allowed to put the debt on my credit history and i would have had a near perfect record before them. are you willing to give me any advice, would really appreciate it. thank you, sun
