Time seems to be a concern of yours and Why Chat wil help you out, after you give him the info he asked. Just for your info though, you can wait about 20 days or so and file a Leave to Plea, which will give you another 30 days or so to answer the law suit, then your case will be scheduled for a hearing, which will probably be another month or so, and that will probably be a pretrial hearing or mediation hearing. so you have about 3 maybe 4 months before the trial part of this would come up, then before it happens file your bankruptcy and that will bring everything to a grinding halt as far as this case is concerned.
