I suggest that you also be prepared for this scum bucket in the event he tries to sand bag you, and brings some crap like one or two statements with your name on it. If that happens show the judge his letter to you acknowledging that you asked for verification.
Know also that proper verification means initial contract signed by you, and complete accounting to arive at the amount they say you owe. Also bring the letter he just sent saying here is the verification and then nothing, just in case you need it. If the fool does not show up follow Why Chat's advice.
REMEMBER it is there job to show that there is a debt, that this debt is yours, and that you owe it to his client, not the other way around.
