I was served a Summons two weeks ago by a process server on a Saturday. You have not stated where you are located. But if your County Court System is online, you should be able to find information about your case and others.

I went online to the Alameda County Superior Court website. I found the appropriate section, input my case number. I found copies of the the summons, the petition, the proof of service which I printed.
