I prepare two letters to send. One to whatever address or corporate headquarters. The other letter to the de facto address. The letter to the corporate office I send Certified, Return Receipt. The other letter I send with a "Certificate of Mailing."

I make copies of the Certificate of Mailing, Certified Receipt and Return Receipt. Then I staple those to the letters.
