law office, got the case from another law office who filed arbitration, they won, but we have not paid, (can not pay) so they turned it over to another law firm , & they filed civil summons, so it has gone from OC to CA & Arbitration, to law firm & summons...

in North Carolina, will be filing ch 7, because of divorce & old bills, but can not until I get 1100.00 ehich will probably be a month or so, depending on Christmas bonus....will use CHristmas money to file, No presents this year but BK.
